TERMS OF SERVICE

+ This is not a first come first serve service, I am also free to deny your commission request.
+ Using my art for personal use is allowed, with proper credit
+ Using my art for commercial purposes is not allowed.
+ Depending on the complexity of the character design /background / additional requests, I'll charge extra.
+ Requests must include visual references for characters.
+ No more than 3 characters allowed.
+ Simple backgrounds included, complex backgrounds prices start at +10€.

1. Timeline and Scope of Work:+ I will send you sketches before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.
+ Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
+ The turnaround time for the commissioned piece is within 2 weeks to a year.
+ In case there are any major events in my life that will delay the commission, I will notify the commissioner.2. Payment:+ I require full payment before sketching.
+ Payment will be done via PayPal, please provide an email I can send an invoice to.
+ Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted unless I decide to stop the commission mid-process, in which case a full refund will be granted.3. Revisions:+ Only (2) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.
+ Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.4.Copyright and Reproduction:
The artist reserves the rights to:+ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets, etc.
+ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc., if the commissioned piece is considered fan art.
+ Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
+ Claim the commissioned piece as their own artwork.The commissioner and other parties may not:+ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets, etc.
+ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc., if the commissioned piece is considered fan art.
+ Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
+ Claim the commissioned piece as their own artwork.
+ Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credit to the artist.
+ Create a non-fungible token of the commissioned piece.

This is a base guide, as stated before, the complexity of the commission affects the total budget.Simple background included, complex backgrounds prices start at +10€.Dialogue and effects are included, please provide a script at the start of your request if you want your commission to include this, so I can work on the composition accordingly.Additional characters are a +50% to the base price of the commission, 3 characters max per commission.EXAMPLE: Half-body lineart of 2 characters will have a base price of 75€Examples of my art can be found in my social media
